I'm back today with a post that's on time! Yee! Only one more day of classes, a "week" of finals and some final projects (I only have 1 test!) and then I'm free!! I'm so excited :D But anyways, I've decided to join in on another nail art challenge! I feel like they really help push me into doing better nail art, so I'd like to keep it up. This one is even Christmas themed!
Here are my first post for the challenge!
The first prompt of the challenge is White Christmas, so obviously I painted my nails blue and made my Christmas lights neon haha
More after the jump:
Here's what I used:
My base for these nails Pure Ice's Bikini, and then I "saran-wrap" sponged on Revlon Silver Dollar and Sally Hanson White On. This kind of got lost when I put Sally Hansen's Disco on top but I wanted sparkles so it's fine haha. I then just used my thinest striping brush to paint the string and then a detail brush for the lights! I've attempted these before but I'm super happy with these (:
These were a pain to photograph because of the glitter and the neon but these photos are actually decent haha. I was inspired to do the neon lights from Jolene over at Follow Gashin! Check her out if you don't follow her, here's her Christmas light nails!
Make sure to check back tomorrow for the last day of the 33 Day Challenge! Gah, so sad D:
Here are the prompts for the winter challenge:
