The Nail Art Guild: The Sea

Ello!

I have something different for you guys today! There's a new nail art group on Instagram called The Nail Art Guild! They post every 2 weeks with a different theme and it seemed like fun so I wanted to play along! I'll have my Indie "Fridays" post up tomorrow or Sunday.

Onto the nails!

This group really only posts on Instagram but I really liked these nails so I wrote up a blog post!

Here's what I used:

I forgot to put my acrylic paint in this picture but I used all indie polishes for these nails! (:

These nails started with 2 coats of Sea Breeze followed by a layer of topcoat. I then used the watercolor technique to spread out some more blue polish and topped it off with a layer of Shimmering Waters from the June Pipe down this Love is Bliss box. The first theme for the group is the sea so I recreated this wave pattern with white acrylic paint! 

I'm really happy with how these nails turned out too! Today was a good nail art day (:
