52 Week Challenge: Music + Not Worn Enough

Hello lovelies!

I'm posting a little later the normal because I was having some laptop troubles this morning. Luckily, everything is alright now and I can write this post then get back to homework. 

So, onto the nails!

Subtle nail art is cool. I think...

Here's what I used:

The themes for this week's are music and "not worn enough," so I decided to do nails inspired by The Paper Melody's Conducting The Motion album cover using brown polish. And I'm like 99.9% sure that none of my readers have read of this band, so here's a link to the album art.

These nails started with two coats of Codie. Then using my fan brush, I brushed on lines using my acrylic paint. I went back over that with my detail brush and dark paint to create the cracked lines. To finish, I dabbed on some lighter spots and added a layer of Glossy Glam.

I wish I had used a lighter base polish because you can't see anything on these! Gah, it's so lame. Oh well, I tried.
