Music Monday: The Maine's ...And A Happy New Year

Hello lovelies!

Christmas is on Wednesday! Gah! I figured out what I'm doing for presents so I have a bit of running around to do before work today, but we're pretty much in the clear (: Work is probably going to suck though....I sliced my finger on a cardboard box last night while working. Not fun! Even worse because I went to take off my nail polish and acetone accidentally touched the bandaid (a weird cotton-y one from work) and soaked in until it reached my cut. That hurt a bit....a lot a bit D:

Anyways, today is Music Monday and I kept it Christmas themed!

I think these are adorable! :D

Music Monday: Breathe Carolina's Hello Fascination

Hello lovelies!

I've been home for 2 days now and I'm heading back to work today. Not too pumped about that and I'm super nervous about my nails. They're pretty long for me and I used to get breaks even with my nubs over the summer, but we'll see. Anyways, today brings another post for Music Mondays!

Today is actually the first day this finals week that I haven't had to go to something school related, woo!  Sadly, today will be spent studying for my one and only final tomorrow. Woof. I kept throwing around the idea of doing music inspired nails and because I'm *super* original, I came up with the idea of Music Mondays! Today is my last day of classes!!! WOOO!! And it's the last day of the 33 Day Challenge!! BOOO! I'm super sad to see this challenge be over. I feel like it's helped me push my nail art and blogging abilities in such a short amount of time. I feel like I owe a lot to this challenge and all I can do is hope to keep getting better!

Christmas Winter Challenge - White Christmas

Hello lovelies!

I'm back today with a post that's on time! Yee! Only one more day of classes, a "week" of finals and some final projects (I only have 1 test!) and then I'm free!! I'm so excited :D But anyways, I've decided to join in on another nail art challenge! I feel like they really help push me into doing better nail art, so I'd like to keep it up. This one is even Christmas themed!

The first prompt of the challenge is White Christmas, so obviously I painted my nails blue and made my Christmas lights neon haha

Tri-Polish Challenge: Half Moons

Hello lovelies!

Today is Thanksgiving! I hope everyone who celebrates has a wonderful day and gets to spend time with their loved ones. My job actually asked me to work today but I turned it down, I always get stuck working every holiday so it's nice to get a choice this year. My nails for today aren't very "festive" but I think if you've been reading my blog you've probably already realized that I'm not very good at sticking with themes or seasons. Whoops!

Anyhow, today is the last Tri-Polish Challenge manicure for this month!

I've never posted a half moon manicure on the blog before, but this was the first nail art design that I attempted back when I started getting into nail art.

33 Day Challenge - Day 29: Your Favorite Pattern

Hello darlings!

Today is my first day of Thanksgiving break! I was supposed to head home today but a snow storm hit Albany last night and my hometown has had a snow storm warning since Monday /: So, I'm going to try and wait the storm out and head home tomorrow morning, hopefully. My goal is to finish as many projects as I can so I can take some time off to hang out with my family (mostly my dog (; ) when I get back home.

Anywho, 33 Day Challenge is back today!

Now, I had a super hard time picking one favorite pattern! So, I went with dots because I like having dots on my nails and in my design work.

Today is my last day of class before break and my only lecture is cancelled! 3:30 can not come soon enough! I need a night to dedicate to doing some nail art, because clearly I have my priorities straight haha!

Tri-Polish Challenge: Rainy Day

Hello lovelies!

The Tri-Polish Challenge is back for this month! I'm a little nervous that I might be the only one participating........(please someone else be doing it haha). I try and paint all my challenge manicures ahead of time so I found time to do all of my manicures for TPC. I know a lot of people had to put it on hold because of the 33 Day Challenge which is totally understandable, I seriously debated it also.

But anyways, here are my nails!

This month's colors are purple, blue, and grey! The first thing that popped into my head was rainy clouds, so that's what I created!

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! Mine was fantastic but now it's back to reality /: I have about a month left of school and was just assigned all my final projects and what not.
