Hello lovelies!
Look I'm back! Are you excited! I hope you all shouted yes or at least nodded your head (:
Let's get right into today's post!
I have to admit that I love when challenges have a "freestyle" day because you get free reign to do whatever you want!
More after the jump:
Here's what I used:
Yep, you can do whatever you want....like post those nails you painted last week for the Golden Oldie Thursday prompt but then later realized that you didn't actually use any old polishes....whoops!
Regardless, of whether this post could be considered a throw-away. I still really like these nails! I love the base and I actually like the ruffle design as an almost half-moon-esqe element!
I'm a huge fan of these colors together too! I'll have to add this to my list of "I said I was going to reuse this but never actually get around to doing it" list. Haha story of my life.
Here are the themes:
And a song for today:
The Hush Sound - Crawling Towards The Sun
Thanks for reading guys and check below for some more awesome manicures!
-Marisa! (:
This is lovely! And Zoya Storm is so gorgeous... I still haven't worn my dupe from L.A. Girl (3D effects Black Illusion), I must soon... *ponders which challenge to use it in*
ReplyDeleteAww thank you! Regardless of which you challenge you pick, you need to use it now! It's so pretty!!! Hehe (:
DeleteSuch a beautiful colour! I'd never done a ruffle mani before the GOT post this week and I struggle every single week to remember to use old polishes so you're not alone lol!!! :)
ReplyDeleteIsn't it! I was so happy when I finished these nails because I thought that I was ahead for the week on posts, but nope! Haha I was so sad, luckily the colors were pretty (:
DeleteThis is so pretty! I love it.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Deletezoya storm is absolutely amazing! this is a really lovely design!

It's definitely one of my favorite polishes!! Thank you!!
DeleteYou love the "freestyle" days, where as I dread them because there's just too much to choose from! I love this ruffle mani <3 It's not TOO busy, like they can sometimes be. Just the right amount of ruffliness. I've never done a ruffle mani, but this is definitely making me want to try one out.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see Zoya Storm, I keep thinking about how I really need to pick that and Dream up. Thanks for reminding me, once again.
Haha I think the only reason that I said I liked it this time around was because I messed up my Golden Oldie Thursday post and had a leftover manicure! (: Ruffles can be really tedious but they do cool most of the time!
DeleteAnd yes, you need Storm and Dream! Two of my favorite Zoyas!
