Two posts today! Woo! It's time for another Lacquer Legion post and this time around the theme is yummy.
So, onto the nails!
Pizza!
Here's what I used:
This was such a hard prompt to come up with ideas for. It's so hard to translate food into nail art, at least for me so I decided to *hopefully* improve on this past pizza design. I'm not sure if I actually did better or not.....
I started these nails with two coats of Nyssa and a layer of HK Girl. I then applied Pippa but was careful to start polishing a little bit away from my cuticle. When that had dried, I dabbed on some Siena and Frolicker, which I spread around with a brush dipped in acetone. That was followed by the pepperoni dots and another layer of HK Girl.
Blah, I didn't give the dots enough time to dry....which sucks because I usually don't have that happen because I normally paint with acrylic paint. But I think my ruffian painting skills are getting better!
