Hello lovelies!
Look a post! Sorry about that little break in posts the last couple of days. I'm finally all moved into my new apartment, everything is unpacked but I don't have wifi yet. So no wifi = no posts. I know, I'm sad too, it should be setup by Monday! Luckily one of my friends is letting me use her wifi to write up some posts for the rest of the week.
So, let's get to the nails!
Today's nails are pretty so I think it completely makes up for the fact that I didn't post (;
Here's what I used:
I decided to go for the science part of this theme and found this lovely pattern on Pinterest (which I've been pinning like crazy because I can do it without wifi so there's a ton of new patterns to check out if you'd like)! The pattern isn't in your face "Science-y" but I think the designs look like little molecules and it's cute.
These nails started with 3 coats of Luxe Lacquer's Rose , which I reviewed earlier in the month. Then when that was dry, using green acrylic paint and a striper brush, I freehanded on the little shapes. The dots were added using a dotting tool and the remaining nail polish colors. Everything was sealed in with HK Girl.
It's nice to be able to post again! I was only gone for two days but I swear I'm going through wifi withdrawals haha. Also, random question how do you guys feel about the second photo up there? To me it looks a bit weird but probably because I'm just not used to it. I'm trying to figure out a why to change up some of my photos and thought that I would give that a try.
Thanks for reading guys! I hope you liked today's post and hopefully I'll be back soon.
-Marisa! (:
Love those Zoyas! Also my hubby is a scientist so I can't help but love the choice of the science theme! Also I think all the photos looks great. The second one doesn't look off at all to me!
ReplyDeleteThese are nice!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cool design! I love all of the colors you used. I like the second pose a lot. I started changing up my post a few months ago and now I love it. Keep playing with it and I bet it will grow on you!

ReplyDeleteAmazing design, very unique and happy! And it looks very good on your hands!
ReplyDeleteYay for good friends and wifi!! I love this design and that you did it over a nude base. I like that second pic! It's easy to get in a rut, I've since starting adding a couple more picture elements to my blog and so far, so good!!! I don't like change, but sometimes it's needed to be refreshing!!!
ReplyDeleteI really love this nail art look! I may recreate it when I have a chemistry test. Who knows? It might give me good luck. :)
ReplyDeleteScience goes dainty! I thought this was a floral. The second photo is my fav pose :)
