Hello lovelies!
I have another later than usual post for you all. Mondays and Thursdays are really long days and I kind of just end up falling asleep after my last class so whoops....
But onto the nails!
And The Nail Art Guild is back today with the theme of "lights!"
Here's what I used:
Okay, so honestly, I'm a little upset with myself right now because I my just thought of a really good idea for this theme that would have been so cool, and out of the box, and awesome, and I didn't do it. Not cool! But oh well, my thinking for these nails was to recreate those really cool, vintage-y like, arrow signs like this one.
These nails started with 2 coats of Sally Hansen's Black Out. Then using acrylic paint and a small detail brush, I freehanded the arrows on. When those had dried, I used white acrylic paint to dot on the lights. Everything was sealed in with a layer of HK Girl.
I think these nails are alright, they were fun to wear even though I broke a nail while I had this design on! I'm still trying to get back into the groove of blogging, I feel like moving back to school kind of threw me off and I'm not happy with the quality of my photos lately. But my schedule worked out so I have a 5 day weekend starting today so hopefully the extra time will be helpful!
Remember to check out the other light inspired manicures on Instagram by checking out the hashtag, #TNAGlight! Thanks for reading guys!
