Hello lovelies!
I'm back with more nail art. Woo! I spent most of yesterday getting ahead on some posts for the challenge since I'm still phone less and sick. I'm really excited about some of the nail art that I have to show you guys in the next couple of days though!
So, let's get to the nails!
Today's theme is about happiness and bright colors make me happy, so I painted bright nails!
Here's what I used:
I came across this doodle, that unfortunately I don't know who doodled it. But I love the bright colors and it reminded me of the little drawings that used to fill my notebooks in high school....and/or from my college lectures.....studio classes are far more interesting, just saying.
These nails started with two coats of Wisp and a layer of HK Girl. I then used my detail brush and the different color acrylic paints, to add on random shapes. Once my entire nail was covered, I took my striping brush and black acrylic paint, and outlined the shapes. I added some details into some of the shapes and sealed everything with a layer of HK Girl.
I really liked these nails! There is definitely some room for improvement but I'm still happy with how these turned out. These made me smile, so I'm gonna say that I nailed it on the happiness theme (;
