Hello lovelies!
Hopefully you all are having a lovely weekend! Mine's been filled with working and swatching, I can't wait to show you what I've been swatching. But you'll find out tomorrow!
Anywho, onto the nails!
I'm back down to nubbins again and this time I had to round off all of my nails because of a break. I'm embracing them but I miss my long, square nails /:
Here's what I used:
I don't know what it is with me and triangles but I like them! You all probably figured this out from my blog background and now these nails. No, I'm not a hipster....even though I'm sure some of my real life friends would debate that last statement...but they don't count...
These nails started with 3 coats of At Vase Value and a layer of topcoat. Once that was dry, I used a small detail brush to paint on the triangles randomly. I normally start with doing 2 triangles per color on each nail and then go back to add more in places where it seems empty.
Doing nail art with neons is kind of tough since they dry so quickly but these nails were pretty easy to do. I've been trying to just do nail art and not doubt myself by thinking of what could go wrong. The triangles here aren't perfect but I like these nails a lot!
Here's the challenge graphic. We do have new themes coming up and you can join this Facebook group to join in!
And a song for today:
