It's time for a Golden Oldie Thursdays post which will also be my last. The challenge is continuing on and you can join this Facebook group to keep up with it but I won't be following it anymore. I have plans to join other challenges in July and I can't keep up with all of them so something had to give. I promise that'll remember to show my old polishes some love every once in a while though!

Things look different on the blog today! Not really. I just switched the sidebar to the right. I'm planning on updating the blog this month and am currently working on some new designs (; I have a bunch of things that I want to try but the code in the blogger template is confusing....so we'll see how much I actually do.

I was going for kind of a grunge-y base with the lace design over top but I'm not quite sure it's working all that well.

Golden Oldie Thursdays: Ruffles

Hello lovelies!

I'm so sorry for the no posts over the past 2 days. This has just been a really rough week between homework, I had a deadline for a design at my internship this week, and then one of the clubs that I'm in we're cutting it really close to our deadline of getting the book we're designing to the printer. We spent 8 hours in the studio last night working on it and we still have quite a bit to do before we can send it off *hopefully* on Monday morning. And basically any moment that I wasn't working, I would end up falling asleep. So, not too much time for blogging.

I promise that'll get my Indie Friday post up to you guys at some point, I'm aiming for Monday at this point. And I hope to get my posts set for this week so I don't miss out again, we're working late on the book again today though so who knows /:

Can I just say right now, that I really strongly dislike creating ruffles manicures! They take so long and I can never get them to come out straight. D:

Look who's posting another super late Golden Oldie Thursday post 2 weeks in a row….whoops. I accidentally fell asleep last night before I could write this, like I fell asleep at 8pm….so not normal. But then I was wide awake at 7:30am this morning, not normal, and then took a nap haha. So yeah, it's only 11pm here so I'm still technically on time!
