31 Day Challenge 2015: Glitter Base

Hello lovelies!

Super late post but I'm still on time for the challenge. Woo!

Onto the nails!

Bright colors and an 80's pattern? I like it!

Here's what I used:

I was so excited about today's theme because I love glitter polish! I chose one of my new polishes that I got for Christmas and paired it with this fun pattern from The Patternbase.

These nails started off with two coats of Club Hopping and a layer of HK Girl. When that dried, I used my white acrylic paint and detail brush to paint on the different shapes. I then used the other colors with the same brush to go back over the white, but making sure to leave a little edge of white so the shapes almost look 3D. The yellow paint was dabbed on over the blue and then everything was sealed in with another layer of HK Girl.

I was so sad when I had to take these off because I loved everything about these! The colors and design were so fun. I'm tempted to re-do these soon haha.

Thanks for reading guys!

  7. It wasn't that she was a bad person or that she didn't care about antique pottery, but when Billy yelled "Heads up!" as he flicked the paper football, Rachel's involuntary flailing brought the ancient Ming to the floor, and even the glittery purple chenouille rug couldn't salvage it.
