Hello lovelies!
I'm going to try and keep this post short. I accidentally fell asleep last night well doing homework in bed and slept for 6 hours….Good for me, bad for my homework….I woke up cuddling with my laptop too, uhhh yeah. Mmkay. Moving on! Good news! My presentation got postponed for another week because of the snow storm we're supposed to be getting today! Now I can actually practice!
Onto the nails!
Today's theme is hearts, probably because Valentine's day is tomorrow. But I don't like Valentine's day so I painted some weird dripping hearts!
More after the jump:
Here's what I used:
These nails started off with 2 coats of Zoya's Payton which is similar to one of my favorites, Dream but this one is a purple-y color. I then freehanded on the hearts and then the drips!
I'm happy that I was able to paint the drips and still have the hearts hold their shape! These nails were a win in my book and I really enjoyed them :D
Here's the upcoming themes:
And today's song:
Lindsey Stirling - My Immortal (Evanescence cover)
Thanks for reading guys and check back later for another post!!
-Marisa! (:
These are awesome! For some reason the drips are reminding me of a cake with too much icing on it :D x
ReplyDeleteHaha! I love it!! I just got back from the gym so cake sounds wonderful right now hahaha :D
DeleteThat Zoya is yummy too! But I'll take the cake without icing ;)
ReplyDeleteIt really is a lovely polish! The icing is the best part though!!
Deleteicing is too sweet for my taste, it spoils the flavours of the cake for me ;)
Deleteunless it is a chocolate or caramel sauce... I would go for those (yes, caramel is sweet too, but it is different)
DeleteThat Zoya is beautiful! Don't remember seeing it before, but I love the background it provides for those dripping hearts! Very clever look :)
ReplyDeleteZoya makes amazing holographic polishes! And thank you!! (:
