Hello lovelies!
I told you I would be back with another post! I really should be practicing for a presentation later on this week, but oh well. We have presentations like every 2 weeks in this class and we're not allowed to use notes! LIKE WHAT?! I've never done that before! I'm so nervous D:
Anways, I like today's nails!
I told you that I would be playing with water marbling more! I like how these came out!
More after the jump:
Here's what I used:
Remember that this month's colors are pink, grey, and brown. I'm still finding these colors really hard to work with, so I decided to water marble!
Once again, I ended up watching My Simple Little Pleasures over on youtube for hours before I even attempted anything haha. I attempted to just do a flower design but they all kind of got distorted. I'm happy with my middle and ring finger though!
And that wraps up another post for you all today. I hope you enjoyed!
Here's another song for your ears:
Lights - Siberia
Make sure to check below for some more awesome nails!
-Marisa! (:
This turned out lovely! I have yet to try water marbling...
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the presentation. Try to find a structure that makes sense to you and that you can picture, that makes it easier to remember. If you're the visual type, try drawing a mind map or picture of it, then you can follow that map in your mind. (Depends on the topic of course, it's easier with some than with others.)
Thank you so much! And thanks for the advice! The only downside of this presentation is that we're given the format for it and we aren't allowed to stray from it. We have 10 slides, 20 seconds, they flip automatically, and we have to tell "our" story /:
DeleteWow, that sounds annoying! I guess at least you could use the slides as reminders of sorts then, but still, that's pretty limiting.
DeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteI tried a few times to make a watermarble, but the result was terrible ;)!
Thank you!! Keep trying at it, it's tough but worth it!! (:
DeleteWhere is the tutorial on how to do it?
ReplyDeleteHi, if you google "watermarble tutorials" you should be able to find some!
