Hello lovelies!
Quick post today because it's late and I have an early class...yeah!
Onto the nails!
Okay, so, delicate?.....What?
Here's what I used:
I had no idea what to do for today's nails so I went to Society6, which is a pretty cool website where artists and designers can upload things to sell and I maybe, might, have an account on there....like here....shameless plug? Hell yeah! But I searched Society6 for the word, "delicate," and came across this print by Elika. I thought the design was really pretty and since it had "delicate" in the name, I decided it was going on my nails!
These nails started with two coats of Zoya's Taylor, which is my favorite neutral polish! I then mixed some of the above acrylic paint colors together to create the darker green. I have green acrylic paint that is the exact shade of the leaves in the print but for some reason it's gone chunky like and it's really hard to use, so I created my own green. Anyways, I used the striping brush to paint everything on and added a layer of HK Girl.
I'm not sure how delicate these nails actually are but I really love them! I like the way that leaves look as nail art and it's perfect for Fall coming soon, so this probably won't be the last you see of this design.
Thanks for reading guys!
