Hello lovelies!
I'm back with another post for you guys! The Nail Challenge Collaborative is working with the geometric theme this month. I have to admit, I'm really not looking forward to this theme because straight lines are super hard to free hand and I'm not very good at stamping so, it'll be an interesting month.
But, onto the nails!
And Halloween is coming early this year incase you didn't know haha!
Here's what I used:
I'm already having a hard time coming up with ideas but I found this pattern full of triangles and lines so I went for it! Unfortunately, the pin was taken over by some spam so I can't tell you the real artist but I'm sure they're pretty cool. Or not, maybe, I don't know where that last part came from....I'm sleepy, but I'm positive they're cool.
These nails started with 2 coats of Zoya's Tilda and a layer of HK Girl. (Which how many times have I repeated that exact sentence just with a different polish name...?) I then used the black acrylic paint and striper brush to added the triangles and lines. Another layer of HK Girl finished these up.
I need to practice with my striping brush more because I feel like the line-work here is really inconsistent and the design looks a little sloppy. This was actually the second design that I attempted because the first one didn't work out so I'm happy that this one turned out alright.
Thanks for reading guys!
