Ello!
I'm back with another post for you guys. I actually forgot that I had to do another design for this month's The Nail Challenge Collaborative but I managed it!
So, onto the nails!
Oh hey, that base looks familiar....maybe, possible, you tell me!
Here's what I used:
I had to repurpose the nails that I posted yesterday for the "inspired by art" day of the 31 Day Challenge. I was so happy with how they turned out and didn't want to take them off. I found this pattern designed by Andrea Green, who has a ton of other really cool designs on her site, and decided to paint it over what I had from yesterday's nails.
These nails with two coats of White On and a layer of HK Girl. I then used the fluffy brush to dab the acrylic paint on and followed this with another layer of HK Girl. The geometric shapes were freehanded on with my small striping brush and everything was sealed in with another layer of HK Girl.
I loved the base of these nails when it was just that but I love it even more with the design painted over it! This design is definitely something I want to recreate when I'll actually have time to wear it for more than a few hours.
Thanks for reading guys!

I love the base of these nails so much too!
ReplyDeleteThese are just too cool, and I love it when you can recycle a mani and keep it on a while longer!
ReplyDeleteI loved the base, but it looks even better with the geometric shapes on top!
