Hello lovelies!
I'm back with another post for you guys. I meant to get this up yesterday but it was a long day and I didn't feel like writing. These polishes are absolutely amazing though, so no more rambling and onto the polish!
I had such a hard time deciding which polish to start this post with because I love them both so much haha. I guess I'll start with Too Cold To Hold! This polish is filled with so many glitters, it's seriously insane. I don't even know how to describe this other than, SPARKLES!
There is so much glitter in this polish, that I'm showing you guys two coats of this. Yeah, you read that right, two coats! Normally, this polish dries to a textured finish but I wanted to show you guys how I prefer to wear it so these swatches have a coat of Gelous and a coat of HK Girl over it. I'm in love with this polish, so in love that I've already worn it four times. Three of those times were within like the last week.....
And here's a photo of the polish's finish without topcoat.
Next up is Fallen Angle!
Fallen Angle is a royal blue, jelly polish that is filled with a bunch of different glitters including triangles and hexes. I'm showing you guys three coats with a layer of HK Girl. I did place my bottle upside before using it but the glitter payoff was great!
I'm in love with this polish too! I mean, look at that color and those triangles and those holographic hexes and I mean, just look at it! Gah, I swatched this in the middle of a nail art/swatching day and I was so upset that I had to take this off. I need to go put this back on.....like now....
I did some nail art with these two polishes too!
I'm still on the whole "cute Christmas animal" kick even if I'm over the holiday nail art. I came across this penguin pattern by Greg Abbott and thought they'd be cute over all of the glitter!
These nails started with two coats of Too Cold To Hold and a layer of HK Girl. I then used acrylic paint and my detail brushes to paint on the penguins. Everything was sealed in with another layer of HK Girl.
Next up is the look done with Fallen Angle!
I knew when I put this polish on that I couldn't bear to cover too much of it up. I saw this baroque inspired top and decided to try out this weird, diagonal half moon like design. It's not perfect but I think it looks interesting!
These nails started with three coats of Fallen Angle and a layer of HK Girl. I then used my white acrylic paint and detail brush to paint on the little shapes. These were finished with another layer of HK Girl.
Here are some macros:
Thanks for reading guys!
